🚧 Senior Quantity Surveyor – Water Infrastructure

📍 Hampshire & South of England
Moreton & Partners Ltd are expanding our commercial team and seeking an experienced, delivery focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major programme of water and civil engineering infrastructure projects across the South of England.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consultancy with a strong reputation in the water sector and a secured long‑term pipeline of work.

🔍 About the Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of large-scale investment programmes, supporting project delivery from pre‑construction through to final account.
You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and delivery partners to ensure successful commercial outcomes.

✅ Key Requirements
Extensive NEC contract experience (essential)
Background in water, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects
Experience supporting significant capital investment programmes
Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
Ability to manage risk, change, and cost reporting effectively
