Marie has over 15 years’ experience of responsible and progressive human resource and compliance management. Her professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, formalising quality management processes, and employee relations.

Marie’s role within the company is varied, alongside HR, Finance, and Health and Safety, a key area of focus for Marie is to ensure all areas of the business comply with industry and regulatory standards to exceed our clients and partners expectations. Marie is enthusiastic about the environment and through review, planning, and reporting she has helped to develop the company’s strategy to reduce the unavoidable impact our business activities have on the environment, with the end goal being to attain net zero status for Moreton & Partners.

In Marie’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her sons playing football, and taking long walks with Rosie the family’s beagle.
